Items will be shipped within 5 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details from [email protected] once your items have been shipped.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item and are made at your own cost. All returned items must be in original, resalable condition. If you do not have the original packaging, please use an appropriate alternative.
Please notify us at [email protected] when making a return, so we can process it for you as soon as possible. Please include your order number, date of return, and details of the item being returned (product, quantity, size, and colour). We aim to process returns within 14 days of us receiving the items back.
We recommend sending returns via tracked delivery. Please keep proof of postage until we have confirmed that your returned item has been received.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
We inspect all items before shipping and on return. If returned items show signs of damage and/or wear, we are unable to issue a refund and will return the items back to you, as they have been received, at your own cost.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you require a different size or colour, please return your original order and place a separate order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on face masks.
Minirigs
Colour options: Silver, Black, Blue, Purple, Red Green, Gold
Minirigs will be shipped within 5 working days. Minirigs are shipped directly from Minirig and as such, will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
